Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and/or courier services. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
- First Class: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations including the US, Canada, Australia, and EU countries. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days). Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items Some items are personalised or made to order and may require additional production time before dispatch. Any extra lead time will be clearly noted on the product page.
Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
